§ 94.28 OFFICIALS TO BE NOTIFIED.

   Immediately upon the issuance of a parade permit, the city shall give notice thereof to the following:

   (A)   The Mayor;

   (B)   The City Attorney;

   (C)   The Fire Chief and Police Chief;

   (D)   The Parks and Recreation Director; and

   (E)   The head of each public utility, the regular routes of whose vehicles will be affected by the route of the proposed parade.
