(A) No parade, procession, picket or public demonstration of any sort shall enter upon any private property without prior written permission from the person legally entitled to occupy the property in question.
(B) No part of any parade, procession, picket or group demonstration which takes place on private property shall come within 50 feet of the property line of any other parcel of private property without prior written permission of the person legally entitled to occupy such other parcel of private property. Such permission shall be carried on the person of the parade chairperson.
