§ 93.24  ONE BODY PER GRAVE; EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for the remains of more than one human body to be buried in a single grave; provided, however, a mother and an infant child dying at approximately the same time and buried at the same time or two infant children dying at approximately the same time or being buried at the same time may be buried in a single grave.
   (B)   This section shall not apply in the case of cremated bodies.
