(A) No person shall bury the remains of a human body at a depth more shallow than three feet from the top surface of the burial receptacle to the normal surface of the ground, except in a mausoleum or structure having specifications of strength equal to or in excess of the following: 2500# concrete, five inches thick, reinforced with one-fourth-inch round bar placed four inches from top of slab and on four-inch centers in both directions. Otherwise, depth shall be unlimited.
(B) This section shall not apply in the case of cremated remains.
