No new cemetery may be dedicated within the city or within the extraterritorial area within one mile thereof as same may exist from time to time, with an area less than five acres and no portion of said dedicated area shall be within 30 feet of a dwelling or commercial building nor within 100 feet of the source of water supply of any person. Crematoria shall be setback at least 50 feet from any lot line.
