§ 92.04  MOORING VESSELS TO PUBLIC WHARVES.
   No vessel shall be moored to any public wharf for a period of longer than 48 hours without a permit issued by the Chief of Police who, at his or her discretion, may issue or deny a permit for a longer period of time.
