§ 92.02  SPEED LIMIT ON CHARLES CREEK.
   (A)   No person shall operate or cause to be operated a vessel on Charles Creek at a speed greater than six miles (statute miles) per hour.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, the mouth of Charles Creek is on a line which is the westwardly prolongation of the south shoreline of the Pasquotank River.
