The Senior Citizens Advisory Committee shall hold quarterly meetings and may hold regular meetings at least once each month on such days and at such hours as may be fixed by the Chairperson upon 24 hours’ notice to the members of the Committee. A full account of all meetings shall be recorded in a minute book to be kept by the Secretary.
