§ 91.36  COMPOSITION; COMPENSATION; TERMS.
   The Senior Citizens Advisory Committee shall be composed of six members; three of whom are residents of the city and three of whom are residents of the county who reside outside of the city limits. Three of the members, those that reside in the city, shall be appointed by the City Council. Those three members who reside within the county, but outside the city limits, shall be appointed by the County Commissioners. All members will serve without compensation; two of whom shall be appointed for terms of four years, two of whom shall be appointed for terms of three years and two of whom shall be appointed for terms of two years. Any vacancy arising from a cause other than expiration of term shall be filled only for the unexpired portion of the term. No member shall serve more than two consecutive terms without an intervening period of three years. A term shall begin on July 1 of the appointed year.
