§ 91.35  COMMITTEE CREATED; DUTIES.
   There is hereby created a Senior Citizen Advisory Committee, which shall:
   (A)   Investigate the needs of senior citizens in the city and the county and make recommendations to the City Council and County Commissioners in regard to the most suitable methods of financing, organizing and administering a senior citizens program;
   (B)   Advise the City Council and County Commissioners or its designated officials on the most appropriate senior citizens program which shall include facilities and source of financing;
   (C)   Promote public support for a city/county senior citizens program;
   (D)   Assist in the coordination of all senior citizens programs in the city/county; and
   (E)   Perform such other duties in relation to a city/county senior citizens program as may be assigned by the City Council.
