§ 90.28  VACCINATION FOR RABIES.
   (A)   Each owner of a dog shall annually have such dog vaccinated against rabies by a doctor of veterinary medicine. Such doctor shall furnish a certificate or tag to the owner of each dog vaccinated. Any person failing to have his or her dog vaccinated shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (B)   Each owner shall show his or her certificate of vaccination upon demand of the Animal Control Officer or any police officer of the city.
