§ 90.08  FEEDING OR RUNNING HOGS, SHEEP, GOATS, CATTLE.
   (A)   No person who is the owner of, or who has the custody of, any hog, sheep, goat or cattle of any kind shall allow the same to run at large within the city limits. No person shall stake or otherwise fasten any such animal for grazing or other purposes, on or in any of the streets, sidewalks, parks, squares or cemeteries of the city; nor shall any person feed any such animal upon or in any of the streets, sidewalks, cemeteries, parks or squares of the city.
   (B)   No person shall graze or tie up on any vacant lot, within 50 feet of any dwelling or street within the city, any animal enumerated in this section.
   (C)   Nothing in this section shall be construed to permit the staking, tying, feeding or grazing within the city of any animal forbidden by this section to be within the city.
