(A) No person shall keep any pig or hog within the city limits; nor shall any person keep any pig or hog within 500 feet of any cemetery or within 500 feet outside the city limits.
(B) Should any annexation by the city bring any hog in any existing hog sty into the area regulated by this section, the owner of such hog shall come into compliance with this section within six months of the date of annexation. This section shall not be construed to permit any person to bring any hog into such annexed area or within 500 feet thereof after the date of annexation.
