§ 74.01  COUNCIL PERMISSION TO BUILD ON STREET, ALLEY.
   No railroad company within the city limits shall be allowed to construct, lay or attempt to lay any sidetracks or switches on or across any street or alley without first obtaining permission from the City Council.
