§ 73.04  LIGHTS AT NIGHT.
   Every bicycle operated on any street or sidewalk in the city during the period from 30 minutes after sunset to 30 minutes before sunrise shall display at least one white light visible for a distance of at least 300 feet to the front and a red light or reflector on the rear visible for a distance of at least 200 feet.
