§ 71.10  PERSONS RIDING VEHICLE MUST STAY INSIDE.
   No person when riding shall allow any part of his or her body to protrude beyond the limits of the vehicle in which he or she is riding, except to give such signals as are by law required, and no person shall stand on any vehicle whatsoever.
