§ 70.59  TOWING AND STORAGE CHARGES IN ADDITION TO OTHER PENALTIES.
   Nothing in this subchapter shall in any way affect the provisions of this traffic code with respect to fines and penalties for the violation of the provisions of this traffic code and the towing and storage charges prescribed by this subchapter shall be in addition to all other charges and in addition to any fine or court cost which may be imposed according to law.
