The garage to which a vehicle removed under this subchapter shall be towed for storage, as provided by this subchapter, shall be designated by the owner, if available, otherwise selection shall be made accordingly to the Police Department’s policy of rotation towing and assistance as administered by central communication or the officer in charge, whichever applicable.
