§ 70.06  IMPLEMENTS WHICH INJURE ROAD SURFACE.
   No person shall drag or run, or cause to be dragged or run, any harrow or other instrument, engine, machine or tool upon any permanently paved street of the city or sidewalk thereof, which is likely to or does cause injury to the surface of such street or sidewalk.
