Sampling of industrial wastewater for the purpose of compliance determination with respect to §§ 52.45 through 52.52 of this chapter, prohibitions and limitations will be done at such intervals as the Director may designate. However, it is the intention of the local government to conduct, compliance sampling or to cause such sampling to be conducted for all significant industrial users at least twice in every one-year period.
