Section 6.1. Sale or Lease of Real Estate.
   In addition to any authority granted by general law, the authority of the City to proceed with the sale or lease of real property owned for the use and benefit of the Industrial Development Commission shall continue as provided in Chapter 129 of the 1979 Session Laws and any subsequent acts.
