(a) Council hereby authorizes the Fiscal Officer to prepare Blanket Certificates up to the amount of $10,000.00.
(b) Blanket Certificates shall be issued for a period not to exceed the end of the current fiscal year. That Blanket Certificates may, but need not, be limited to a specific vendor. Only one Blanket Certificate may be outstanding at one particular time for any one particular line item appropriation. (Ord. 906-2008. Passed 1-22-08.)
