(a) Council, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 733.262(B), hereby combines the duties of the Village Clerk-Treasurer into the appointed office of Village Fiscal Officer.
(b) Pursuant to authority contained in Ohio R.C. 733.262, the Mayor shall appoint a Fiscal Officer in lieu of an elected Clerk-Treasurer, said appointment to be effective upon approval by a majority vote of Council. (Ord. 845-2003. Passed 4-22-03.)
