The Mayor is authorized to issue permits on behalf of the Village for the use of the annex building, said permits to include but not be limited to the following terms and conditions:
(a) The renter or applicant for the permit, shall save the Village harmless from any and all claims arising out of the use or occupancy of said premises during said period.
(b) The permit holder shall pay all charges and bills for water used, and any gas or electric current, as determined by the Mayor.
(c) The permit holder shall not permit any other individual or group to use said premises other than to whom the permit is granted.
(d) The permit holder shall be responsible for any and all repairs to the premises including the personal property, and in the event of damage pay the reasonable damage or replace the same as determined by the Mayor.
(e) The permit holder will make no alteration is said premises but shall return the same to the Village, in the same condition as when the permit was granted.
(f) Such other terms as are deemed advisable by the Mayor or Council.
(g) The permit holder will, in occupying said premise, conform to and obey all present and future laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, requirements, and orders of the United States of America, the State of Ohio, the Village and all governmental authorities or agencies and of all municipal departments, bureaus, boards of officials of said Village, respecting the interior of said premises and the use and occupation thereof.
(h) In the event of any dispute as to the meaning of any of the terms or provisions of the permit or this section, or any construction thereof, the permit holder agrees to be bound by the decision of the Mayor.
