(a) All ordinances, resolutions, and any statements, orders, proclamations, notices or reports required by law or ordinance to be published, shall be published by posting copies thereof for fifteen days in the following four places within the Village:
(1) Town Hall.
(2) First Federal.
(3) Citizens Federal.
(4) Neiderts.
(b) The place of posting shall be in a conspicuous place in such buildings and readily accessible to all members of the public at reasonable hours.
