181.21 AUTHORITY TO CONTRACT FOR CENTRAL COLLECTION TAX.

The Mayor of the Village is authorized to enter into an agreement on behalf of the Village with the City of Cleveland Central Collection Agency for the purposes of administering the income tax laws of the Village as its agent and to provide central collection services for the collection of taxes imposed. (Ord. 1082-2015. Passed 12-22-15.)
