(a) “Special vehicles” as defined herein are not to be operated on any parcel of land in the Village of Elida.
(b) No resident shall permit such activity on the property they occupy, lease, have vested residual interest and/or own. Upon warning by law enforcement, and persistence in permission to violate this subsection by an occupier and/or owner of land, such person persistence shall be punishable as a minor misdemeanor.
(c) Special vehicles shall be permitted to operate under the acreage restriction for the permission to use said vehicles for the use of home or business maintenance, yard repair or clean up of yard or landscaping. In such a use, said vehicles shall not travel at a speed greater than fifteen (15) miles per hour.
(d) Said special vehicles shall not be operated on any road within the Village of Elida, Ohio.
(e) Any violation of this section shall be considered a minor misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).
