All pipes and connections from the Village’s curb box located at or near the property line shall be installed at the expense of the property owner, who will be responsible for all damages resulting from leaks or breaks. This applies to all properties regardless of where the meter is installed. The Village of Elida has the right to inspect any indoor meter or plumbing.
