351.15 COMMERCIAL VEHICLE, HOUSE TRAILER, MOTOR HOME OR CAMPER.
   (a)   No commercially plated vehicles shall be parked on any street in any R residential district at any time.
      (1)   For purposes of interpretation of this section, nothing shall prevent an owner/operator of a vehicle more than one (1) ton from parking such vehicle in a fully enclosed garage or similar permanent structure or driveway.
      (2)   No vehicle carrying toxic material may park at any time, regardless of weight.
   (b)   No person shall occupy any house trailer, mobile home or motor home or camper for more than three (3) days, extended time will need approval from the Village Administrator.
   
   (c)   Trailers, motor homes or campers shall be permitted to be parked on the street of any R-residential districts for no more than three (3) consecutive days, extended time will need approval from the Village Administrator.
   (d)   Nothing in subsection (a) - (c) inclusive shall be construed to restrict loading or unloading of goods or materials as long as such loading and unloading is actively taking place.
      (1)   The Village Administrator shall have enforcement power in the direction to officers of violations of law. Council shall retain review power of any disputes.
   (e)   Penalties.
      (1)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor; subject to a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00). Any one violation may be subject to citation on a per day basis until such violation is remedied.
      (2)   Whoever violates this section is subject to towing and storage of the property until retrieval at the expense of the property owner and/or offender.
