This chapter as the regulation of massage establishments, masseur or masseuse shall not be construed to regulate the practice of any limited branch of medicine or surgery in accordance with Section 4731.15 and 4731.16 of the Ohio Revised Code or in such statute as it may hereafter be amended, the practice of providing therapeutic massage by any individual licensed, certified or registered to practice in the State of Ohio.
