The purpose of this chapter is to promote the public health, safety and welfare through the regulation of Adult Entertainment Businesses. It is the intent of this chapter, to regulate entertainment businesses within close proximity to existing churches, parks, playgrounds, schools, social service facilities and neighborhood centers within the Village of Elida. The following regulations shall apply to Adult Entertainment Businesses.
