(a) Following the recommendation of the Zoning Commission and a public hearing, the Village Council may approve, approve with modification or disapprove the plan, consistent with the intent and meaning of this Ordinance, and if the plan is approved, may re-zone the property to the PUD classification permitting the proposal, for the development in conformity with the final plan as approved by the Commission.
(b) After the final development plan has been approved by the Village Council and in carrying out this plan, adjustment or rearrangements of buildings, parking areas, entrances, heights or yards may be requested by the proponents, and provided such requests conform to the standards established by the final development plan and this Ordinance, such adjustments or rearrangements may be authorized by the Commission.
(c) Planned Unit Developments shall be encouraged, but they shall conform to the regulations of this Ordinance or to the following modifications of the regulations found elsewhere in this Ordinance.
