1129.06 SUBMISSION.

A planned unit development plan shall be submitted to the Commission and shall be referred to the Village Council for study report and for public hearings. Notice and publication of such public hearings shall conform to the procedures prescribed in Chapter 1151 for hearings on changes and amendments.
