Newly established industrial uses adjacent or backing on a Residential District shall provide on that adjacent property line, within six months of development, a dense hedge, tree row, fence or other suitable landscape device adequate to visually screen the industrial area from the residential area. Plant material shall be a minimum of four (4) feet tall at the time of planting. Fences, walls and/or other landscape devices shall be a minimum height of six (6) feet. All vegetation shall continuously be properly maintained for appearance.
