1121.03 CONDITIONAL USES; WITH APPROVAL BY THE VILLAGE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS, AFTER A PUBLIC HEARING.
   (a)   Commercial storage facilities including garages.
   (b)   Commercial parking lots or truck terminals; provided, however, that adequate off- street parking facilities shall be provided to avoid congestion of abutting streets, ways or alleys.
   (c)   Any wholesale distributing business, providing that such activities shall not include the wholesale or distribution of live animals in preparation thereof, for sale.
   (d)   Lumber yards.
   (e)   Drive-in theaters.
   (f)   Animal kennels, display and housing or boarding of pets and other domestic animals, provided that any enclosures or buildings in which the animals are kept shall be at least seven hundred and fifty (750) feet from any Residential District and exercise runs shall be enclosed on four (4) sides by a sight obscuring, unpierced fence or wall at least six (6) feet in height.
   (g)   Accessory buildings and uses customarily incidental to permitted uses.
   (h)   Signs and outdoor advertising (as regulated in Chapter 1141) for listed conditional
