In a Professional and Business Office District, no building or land shall be used and no building shall be erected except for one or more of the following specified uses unless otherwise provided in the Zoning Ordinance, subject to the review and approval of the site plan by the Zoning Inspector:
(a) Any permitted use in an R-2 District.
(b) Medical office or dental office.
(c) Banks, credit unions, savings and loan associations.
(d) Personal service establishments including barbershops and beauty shops, tanning, tattooing, body piercing, licensed massage and nail salon.
(e) Offices for churches, civic or charitable organizations, children nurseries.
(f) Offices devoted to business management, trade organizations, insurance companies, real estate, tax consultants, notary public.
(g) Funeral homes, day care centers, music/art studios, pharmacies, health stores.
(h) Essential government services/buildings.
