1117.01 PURPOSE.

The purpose of the PBO - Professional and Business Office Districts is designed to accommodate uses such as offices and personal services. The districts may serve as a transition between residential and non-residential districts.

The PBO-Professional and Business Office Districts, shall be clean and shall be free from and shall not create a hazardous or objectionable element such as: smoke, noise, odor or glare.
