1107.04 ADDITIONAL PROHIBITED USES; BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS DETERMINATION.
   Uses other than those specifically prohibited in this Ordinance in any district shall also be prohibited therefrom, provided that in the judgment of the Board of Zoning Appeals, as evidenced by resolution of record, such other uses are similar in character to those specifically prohibited in that they would have similar or more serious adverse influence on adjacent properties or the neighborhood or the community than the uses specifically mentioned as prohibited in the District.
