1101.03 SEVERABILITY.

This ordinance and the various parts, articles and paragraphs thereof are hereby declared to be severable. If any article, section, subsection, paragraph, sentence or phrase of this ordinance is adjudged unconstitutional or invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this ordinance shall not be affected thereby.
