(a) All subscribers of sewer facilities, who are delinquent for a period of two months in paying charges for such sewage usage, the sewage services provided for such person will be discontinued and shut-off until payment has been made in full for all charges of sewage services inside or outside of the corporate limits of the Village.
(b) The Mayor and/or the Village Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to discontinue sewage services in the event of the failure to pay the delinquent account as hereinbefore provided.
