(a) Rates. Effective for the billing period August 13, 2017 through September 12, 2017 for bill due and payable by October 12, 2017.

There shall be a service charge of $37.04 per month on all nonmetered users inside the Village and $55.57 per month on all nonmetered users outside the Village.

(b) (1) Subsection (a) hereof is amended to reflect a 5% rate increase per year for all inside users for the next five years (2018-2022) and a 10% rate increase per year for all outside users for the next five years (2018-2022).

(2) The effective date on the yearly increase shall be December 13th each year.

(3) A. The current usage rate for outside customers to the Village for the Village water, shall be increased by one percent (1%). Such effect shall be immediate.
B. The current usage rate for inside customers to the Village, for the Village water, shall be increased by two percent (2%). Such effect shall be immediate. (Ord. 1207-2023. Passed 3-14-23.)
(c) Monthly Service Charges. Subsection (a) hereof is amended to include a $5.00 monthly service charge for water usage for the Village. (Ord. 1081-2015. Passed 1-12-16.)
