905.06 GRASS, WEED AND MOSS AREAS.
Where the grass, weeds or moss has overgrown the sidewalks, curbs and gutters and could be considered dangerous, they shall be cleaned and then checked by the Village Administrator to see if additional repair is necessary. Grass areas between the sidewalk and street that protrude above the sidewalk and impound an excessive amount of water on the sidewalk, shall be corrected by lowering the sod. In cases where the sod area on either side of the sidewalk is below the grade of the sidewalk, a fill shall be made and the area either sodded or seeded. These area shall be adjusted rather than reconstructing the sidewalk. In the case of no curbs, the grass area shall meet the street.
