905.03 OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITY.

The repair, replacement, new construction or removal of snow, ice and/or other nuisance of sidewalks, curb and gutters, shall be done at the expense of the owners of abutting properties as provided by Ohio R.C. 729.04 and 729.05.
