905.01 CONSTRUCTION; MAINTENANCE.

Owners and occupants of abutting lots and lands shall repair, replace, newly construct and keep free from snow, ice and/or any other nuisance, such sidewalks, curbs and gutters, or parts thereof, within the limits of the Village, as Council shall determine to be necessary.
