(a) No person, firm or corporation shall conduct home sales within any residential zoning district in the Village without first obtaining a permit from the Village Secretary or Administrator.
(b) No person, firm or corporation who has obtained a permit shall violate the rules and regulations as provided within this Chapter.
(1) No Sunday or Holiday sales shall be conducted without permission from the Village Administrator and/or Village Council.
(c) No home sale shall be conducted at the same residential property more than two (2) times in a calender year, and there shall be thirty (30) days between the end of one sale and the beginning of another.
(d) Home sales shall be conducted only between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. and shall last no more than five (5) consecutive days.
(e) Home sales may be advertised through the newspaper or other news media. A sign not greater than three feet by three feet may be installed on the property where the sale is being conducted.
(f) No lighted sign shall be used. The sign shall be displayed only during the sale and shall be promptly removed after the sale.
