As used in this Article, “Garage Plus” means a sale of personal property to the general public conducted on any portion of a residence property within a residential zoning district to include, but not be limited to , garage sales, patio sales, yard sales, carport sales, basement sales, porch sales, driveway sales, and the like. This definition shall not include sales where no more than five (5) specific items are held out for sale and all advertisement of such sale specifically mentions items to be sold.
