(A) It is unlawful for any individual, firm, partnership, corporation or association to possess for retail sale in this city, sell or offer for sale at retail or possess or use any stick type rockets, aerial devices or ground audible devices.
(B) It is unlawful to offer for sale or to sell any fireworks to children under the age of 12 or to any intoxicated person.
(C) It is unlawful for anyone under 16 years of age to be on duty to serve consumers at the time of purchase or delivery of fireworks.
(D) It is unlawful to discharge fireworks within 150 feet of any fireworks retail sales location.
(E) It is unlawful to ignite any fireworks within a motor vehicle or to place or throw any ignited article of fireworks into or at a motor vehicle or at or near any person or group of people.
