(A) The limits referred to in § 8001.1.1 of the Uniform Fire Code in which storage of hazardous materials is prohibited or limited is hereby established as follows:
(B) Due to the wide range, categories, and classification of hazardous materials it is impossible to determine limits without knowing what the hazardous material is. The storage of all hazardous materials requires a permit as specified in § 105, Permit h.l. At the time a permit is requested, a determination will be made as to being prohibited or limited. The evaluation will be based on the information furnished by the requester in answering the questions of § 3.2 of Appendix VI-A on page 1-319.
