The limits referred to in § 5204.5.2 of the Uniform Fire Code in which the storage of compressed natural gas storage is prohibited, are hereby established as follows:
(A) It is understood that natural gas is distributed to residential areas by an underground piping system, therefore no storage tanks in residential areas are needed nor are allowed.
(B) Tanks for the storage of natural gas may be located on commercial lots that do not have a common lot line with any residential property.
