§ 92.08 ESTABLISHMENT OF LIMITS IN WHICH STORAGE OF LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GASES IS TO BE RESTRICTED.
   The limits referred to in § 8204.2 of the Uniform Fire Code, in which storage of liquefied petroleum gas is restricted, are hereby established as follows:
   (A)   Tanks no larger than 250 gallons of water capacity shall be used in all residential areas.
   (B)   Commercial lots with a common lot line with a residential lot may have a single tank not exceeding 500 gallons water capacity.
   (C)   Tanks exceeding 500 gallons water capacity may be located on commercial lots that do not have a common lot line with any residential lot.
